In Pasteleria Sant Jordi, we are already preparing panellets. It is a sweet made ‚Äč‚Äčof marzipan and typical of Catalonia, Valencia and the Balearic Islands. Traditionally prepare for the November 1, the feast of All Saints, but also commonly consumed in family night October 31, night Casta√Īada or Halloween.

The main ingredients are: almonds, sugar and egg. The traditional panellet pinions is packed out.

In Pasteleria Sant Jordi, we develop all our panellets with the best raw materials among which national pinion and Marcona almond, and that is greatly appreciated in the final taste of the product.

Besides panellets pine nuts, include other varieties like almond or panellets quince and different flavors like chocolate, orange, strawberry, lemon, cream or coffee.
